This policy covers fulfillment across both the AiShopix Hyperlocal Marketplace (physical store delivery) and the AiShopix Business Software & AI Platform (digital SaaS provisioning).
Part A: AiShopix Marketplace Delivery & Shipping
Applicable to shoppers ordering goods from local stores, restaurants, and retail brands
Hyperlocal Express
Delivered directly from nearby neighbourhood stores in 15–45 minutes or same-day.
Live Tracking
Real-time status updates and live rider notifications sent via WhatsApp and SMS.
Pan-India Courier
Standard courier shipping in 2–5 business days for regional and national brands.
1. Marketplace Fulfillment Methods
AiShopix connects buyers with independent local merchants. Orders are fulfilled through:
- Local Store Delivery: Dispatched by the store's dedicated riders or integrated hyperlocal delivery partners within your serviceable delivery radius.
- Courier / Regional Shipping: Dispatched via certified carriers (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) for specialty items outside the immediate hyperlocal zone.
- Store Counter Pickup (Click & Collect): Customers may pick up their orders directly from the merchant's physical counter free of charge once notified.
2. Operating Timings & Delivery Charges
Store operating hours are set by individual merchants. Orders placed during store operating hours are processed and dispatched immediately.
Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on distance, order volume, and merchant delivery slabs. Free delivery thresholds (e.g. "Free delivery on orders over ₹499") set by individual stores are automatically applied at checkout.
3. Delivery Handover & Cash on Delivery (COD)
For security and accuracy, delivery partners may require OTP verification or recipient confirmation upon arrival.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please have the exact cash amount ready or scan the dynamic UPI QR code with the delivery partner upon arrival.
Part B: AiShopix Business Software & AI Solutions (SaaS Delivery)

Instant Account Activation
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your AiShopix workspace is generated automatically. You will receive an activation email within minutes containing your secure login credentials.
Agent Deployment
Our basic AI agents are pre-configured and ready to launch immediately. For custom enterprise solutions, deployment times may vary from 24 to 48 hours depending on the complexity of your integration requirements.
Global Accessibility
Being a cloud-native platform, AiShopix is delivered over the internet. There are no physical shipments, meaning you can access your dashboard from any device, anywhere in the world, instantly.
1. Nature of Service
AiShopix provides digital products and services (CRM, AI Agents, etc.) accessible via the internet. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our delivery infrastructure, ensuring that your AI agents are always online and ready to serve your customers.
2. Delivery of Service
Upon successful payment and account activation, you will receive immediate access to the purchased services. Confirmation of your purchase and account details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
- Account Activation: In most cases, account activation is instant.
- Onboarding: For enterprise plans or specific integrations, our team may contact you to schedule an onboarding session or assist with setup.
3. Shipping Costs
Since there are no physical products, there are no shipping or handling fees associated with our services.
4. Issues with Access
